SR10,000 penalty for violating employees leave rule
Employers will be fined SR10,000 if they violate Labor Law provision with regard to the prescribed holidays of their employees.
This has been included in the revised table of violations and penalties pertaining to the Labor Law regulations.
The table approved by Minister of Labor and Social Development Ali Al-Ghafees was revised after making necessary amendments in view of the changes and developments in the labour market, according to a ministry statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
